This powered cabinet—installed either on the street or within buildings—contains advanced electronics for fibre optic connectivity, including OLTs for both residential (GPON) and business (Advance Ethernet Direct) high-quality fibre services. Each EdgePoint links directly to our datacentres and internet services via the Avance National carrier network, ensuring seamless and reliable connectivity across the UK.

A powered cabinet housing fibre optic OLT equipment to bring the Avance network into new geographic areas. Backhaul can be provided by the Avance national carrier network or for remote locations, bonded satellite and mobile.

Business fibre and resilient connectivity options delivered from the nearest EdgePoint location, extending full Avance capability to premises in previously unreachable locations.
Private 5G and fibre that add value through every project phase.
New developments need robust digital services during construction and post‑completion. Avance’s ICP pack delivers Private 5G for the site, optional Wi‑Fi for offices and gates, and fibre plus neutral‑host small cells across the scheme. Once complete, occupants can choose Avance Fibre and Avance Mobile or alternative providers.
