What speeds are available?
All our fibre products have a range of speeds from 150Mb to 10Gb.
Avance Cloud
What is a Tier 3 datacentre?
Datacentres house servers providing them with power, cooling and connectivity. They are graded according to the number of backup option there are to these core services. Teir 3 supplies to each server dual power, cooling and connectivity.
Avance Mobile
How do I get a SIM?
You can order directly here and select the delivery method from eSIMs or plastic SIM.
Avance Fibre
Whats the difference between FibreNet and FibreSure?
FibreNet provides a dedicated fibre to the business (Active Ethernet) whereas FibreSure splices multiple homes to a fibre (GPON). FibreNet is best for continuous business use where access to cloud services and communications are important, whereas FibreSure is optimised for leisure cloud services.

How do I migrate from in-house servers to cloud with legacy applications?
Avance can help you lift and shift your servers into a datacentre and offer maintenance services. Within the same datacentre you can access our residential cloud within your DMZ, which makes migration of apps much easier.

How do I check availability?
FibreNet is available at any UK location. FibreSure availability can be checked using our Post Code tool.

Avance Mobile
Do the SIMs operate as primary or secondary?
The SIMs are data only, so work as a secondary SIM if you need a mobile phone number but primary for all other applications. The Avance SIM should always be selected as the primary data service.

What is the lead time for delivery?
Our average is 10 days and never longer than 4 weeks.
